Answers before you ask
How is this billed?
There is a one-time setup charge to switch Commercial Leads on, and then a monthly subscription for as long as you keep it. Both figures are shown next to the button before you buy, and you can cancel from your Dealio.pro account settings at any time.
What does "coverage in 1 state" mean?
Your included coverage is one state of your choosing. Search and analysis cover the nationwide database; the export allowance is what is scoped to your state.
What counts as a lead export?
Downloading a property record out of the search, or pushing it to direct mail or skip tracing. The plan includes 8,000 lead exports, and direct mail and skip tracing exports themselves are unlimited.
Is this a separate product or part of my plan?
It is an add-on to the account you already have. Commercial property is a different data set from the residential lead types, licensed separately, which is why it is priced on its own rather than folded into your plan.
Do I need commercial experience to use it?
No. The search works the way the residential search works — pick a category, filter, review, export. The eight categories exist so you can start with whichever asset class you already understand.
What happens when the promotional price ends?
The setup charge returns to its regular price. If you buy during the promotion you keep the setup price you paid; the monthly subscription is the same either way.
